End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before accepting it, downloading or using my app.

By accepting it, downloading or using the app, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not accept it and do not download or use the app.

The terms used here have the same meanings as in my Privacy Policy and they can be accessible in the app.

License

I grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the app or make it available to any third-party;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code or decrypt the app;
• Make any adaptation, improvement, translation work from app without my approbation;
• Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access or use of the app;
• Use the app to send automated queries to any website or any unsolicited email.

Modifications to app

I reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without any liability.

Term and termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or by me.

I may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the app and all their copies.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the app and delete all their copies.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to this Agreement

I reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace it at any time. I may update it from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically. I will notify you of any changes if it are not grammatical or spelling or removals by posting the new Agreement on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted here.
